Wellness your team will actually remember

Most workplace wellness is a pamphlet and a fruit basket. Your team deserves better: a doctorally trained clinician teaching real nutrition science in plain language, answering real questions, and sending each person home with something useful for their own week.

Six places set with notebooks, water, colorful food, and a bowl of green apples for a small-group session

Team Seminar Essentials

Two hours, on site, for 11 to 25 people.

Evidence-informed education, live

Sessions built around what your team actually wants to know: energy through the workday, eating well on a demanding schedule, what the science says about the headlines everyone is sharing. Taught the way Dr. Nina teaches everything: one idea at a time, in plain language, without hype.

Something each person keeps

Everyone maps their own workday during the session and leaves with it: where energy dips, where meals get skipped, and one or two changes worth trying. It stays with them.

Education only, privacy built in

No scans, no intake forms, no genetic testing, and no roster of health details. Your organization receives headcount and general themes, never anyone’s individual information. Dr. Nina needs only a room, power, and a table for food demonstrations.

Group VIP Day

Four hours, for up to ten women.

A morning that is about them

For a women’s initiative, a practice owner and her team, or a host and her friends. Teaching on what changes at midlife, a shared lunch built from Dr. Nina’s brief, food demonstrations, and time with Dr. Nina for each woman to choose three changes she starts tomorrow.

A plan for each woman, kept private

Within three days, each woman receives her own one-page plan in a secure client portal. You receive headcount and general themes only. Private body-composition scans can be added on dates when Dr. Nina’s assistant is available. No genetic testing.

Why practices and offices choose this

  • Credibility your team can feel. A Doctor of Clinical Nutrition with more than twenty years of hospital experience, not a wellness vendor with a slide deck.
  • Substance without shame. No weigh-ins, no challenges, no before-and-after culture. Education and information, delivered with respect.
  • Privacy taken seriously. Individual health information belongs to the individual. Employers receive a great experience, not their people’s data.
