The six-month signature program

You have the information. Now you need a plan that can live with you.

The Rocca Method is Dr. Nina’s signature ongoing program: six months of one-to-one clinical nutrition care designed to help you understand, use, and adjust a plan that fits your actual life.

Information is not implementation

The hard part is not collecting one more answer

You may already have labs, prescriptions, supplements, articles, and questions. The Rocca Method gives the whole picture enough time to become a plan you understand, try, observe, and adjust with Dr. Nina.

The work continues as your information, your response, and your life make the next useful step clearer.

This is not a packet handed to you at the end of one appointment.

Six months, two connected phases

First we read and build. Then we use and adjust.

No two clients follow an identical plan. The phases give the relationship a clear rhythm without turning your care into a template.

  1. Days 1 to 90

    Read and build

We gather the relevant history, labs, medications, supplements, food patterns, symptoms, preferences, and life context. Dr. Nina translates what the available information means for nutrition, then you build the first version of your blueprint together.

  2. Days 91 to 180

    Use and adjust

You put the plan into real life. Together, you notice what is workable, review relevant changes, and refine the nutrition strategy. A midpoint review and closing review keep the work connected to what you are learning.

What the relationship includes

Depth, continuity, and a clear rhythm

The value is not unlimited access or constant monitoring. It is having protected points of contact and a clinician who can return to the whole picture with you over time.

A thoughtful beginning

A welcome and whole-picture session establish what you want to understand, what information is relevant, and how the work will proceed.

Live sessions over six months

After the first month, the current structure generally uses a twice-monthly session rhythm, with the detailed sequence shaped to the work.

Your working blueprint

Your blueprint brings the priorities, nutrition plan, questions for your medical team, and next steps into one document you can understand and use.

Education without overload

Short recorded lessons hold the repeatable teaching so live time can stay focused on your information, decisions, and questions.

Contact between sessions

Messaging with Dr. Nina is part of the relationship. Communication boundaries and response expectations are explained before enrollment.

Review points that matter

A midpoint review and a closing review create space to look at what has changed, what still needs attention, and what comes next.

Advanced information is context, not destiny

A DNA report is not the plan. When nutrigenomic information is appropriate and you choose to use it, Dr. Nina considers it alongside your history, labs, medications, food, body composition, preferences, and daily life.

Medical diagnoses and medication decisions remain with your physician or other prescriber. Dr. Nina works within clinical nutrition and, when appropriate and authorized, alongside your medical team.

Two legitimate ways to begin

Focused interpretation or ongoing implementation

Neither path is a prerequisite for the other. The Fit Call is where you and Dr. Nina discuss which format may fit what you are looking for.

Your next small step

You do not need to arrive with the program chosen

The Fit Call is a 15-minute conversation about what has changed, what you have tried, and what kind of support you are looking for. Investment is discussed during the Fit Call.
